| 摘 要： | 欧盟化学品管理新法规即《欧盟化学品注册、评估和许可法》（REACH法规）将于2007年6月1日开始全面实施。欧盟化学品管理新法规包括化学品的注册（Registration）、评估（Evaluation）、授权（Authorisation）和限制（Restriction）4部分。对REACH法规的主要内容进行了解读。就REACH法规将会对我国企业产生的影响以及我国企业应如何应对等问题进行了论述。

| Abstract: | REACH rule will be actualize on 1 June, 2007. The new REACH rule will include 4 parts, such as registration, evaluation, authorization and restriction. The main points about the REACH rule are explanted in this paper. And the influences of the REACH rule on our enterprises and also some problems that Chinese enterprises will face to are related. |
