摘    要:合成了3种间苯二胺水杨醛Schiff碱过渡金属配合物,其结构经UuVis、IR、元素分析、摩尔电导率测定等表征。荧光光谱表明,3种配合物都能强烈猝灭牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的内源荧光。生物活性实验表明,配合物对金黄色葡萄球菌(S.aureus)、大肠杆菌(Ecoli)、枯草芽孢杆菌(B.subtilis)、绿脓杆菌(P.aeruginosa)均有不同程度的抑茵作用,其中对大肠杆菌的抑茵活性较强。3种配合物的抑菌活性均大于配体的抑茵活性。

Abstract:Three kinds of new transition metal complexes of Schiff base of salicylaldehy de-m-phenyl- ene diamine were synthesized. Their structures were characterized by UV-Vis,IR, elemental analysis, molar conductance determinatiaon. The fluorescence spectra showed three kinds of complexes could strongly quench the fluorescence of BSA. The antibacterial activity experiments showed the complexes had different antibacterial activities against Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa,and all the activities against Escherichia coli were relatively high. The anti- bacterial activities of the complexes were all higher than that of the ligand.
