掺杂锰的硫化锌纳米晶的光学性质

摘    要:用共沉淀法制备不同粒径的ZnS:Mn纳米粉和溶胶,利用荧光分光光谱仪测定了样品的激发光谱和发射光谱,证明纳米粉末和溶胶的发光中心明显不同于体材料的发光中心。

Abstract:The ZnS:Mn nanocrystalline powder and sol were prepared by the coprecipitation method.The excitation and luminous spectra of samples were measured by fluorescent divide spectroscopy(FDS).The optical properties and the luminescent sites of the samples were discussed.It is shown that the luminescent sites of the ZnS:Mn nanocrystalline powder and sol are different from that of the bulk.
