摘    要:粉末等离子弧堆焊技术作为表面强化技术手段之一,可显提高零部件表面耐磨损耐腐蚀性能。在介绍等离子弧粉末堆焊技术的原理及特点基础上,从等离子弧堆焊设备、堆焊用粉末及工艺三个方面阐述了国内外该技术的研究现状,并分析了该技术未来的发展趋势。

Abstract:Powder plasma-arc surfacing , as one of the surface modification processes, is utilized widely to increase the wear and corrosion resistance on the surface of components. On the basis of introducing its fundamentals and characteristics, the paper discusses the present state of the technology in domestic and oversea areas from three aspects of the equipment, powder and procedure. At last, the trend of the technology in the future is analyzed in this paper.
