新型原油破乳剂的研制及其在2号联合站的应用

摘    要:陕北某油田2号联合站处理原油开采时间长、初始含水10%~15%,现用破乳剂存在用量大、净化油含水率高、脱水时间长等问题,沉降温度变化。本文通过正交实验法优化得到破乳剂的最佳质量配比,研制出一种新型原油破乳剂。实验室实验结果表明,在单剂质量配比为CP-02(A)∶AP134(B)∶SP169(C)=8∶2∶3、温度为35℃、加量为100 mg/L时,新型原油破乳剂120 min净化油平均含水率为0.10%,且油水界面整齐、脱出水色清亮,具有良好的破乳脱水能力。经过14次现场实验,结果表明,经本文研制的新型原油破乳剂,处理后的净化油含水大幅度降低,使用效果明显优于原用破乳剂;新型原油破乳剂的加量为100~120 mg/L,温度35~45℃时,净化油平均含水率为0.10%,符合出矿原油技术条件(SY 7513-1988)不大于0.50%的指标要求,能够满足现场生产使用要求。

Abstract:The crude oil (water content〈 15 %) extracted from 2# gathering station were mainly transported by tank car or in pipelines. There are several defects for the exploitation of the crude oil. For example, the exploitation time was often too long, the gas content in the crude oil and the low water were always too low. And also, the temperature of the field operation changed frequently. Additionally, the demulsifying agent used in the process could not work efficiently. Some defects, such as incomplete dehydration, strong demand for the amount, and needs of low temperature were often appeared in the utilization of the Demulsifying agent. In order to overcome the defects of the traditional Demulsifying agent, herein, this paper developed a new type of demulsifying agent by Orthogonal Design of Experiment. Laboratory experiments result show that Single-doseratio was CP-02(A) API34(B) : SP169(C)=8 : 2 : 3 and the average moisture content in purify crude oil was 0.10 %. The result was obtained at 35℃ and the addition amount 100 mg/L. The test result indicated that the average moisture content in purify crude oil after 14 times field test processing was 0.10 %, such a result was obtained at a precipitate temperature of 45℃ and the addition amount of 100-120 mg/L, 35-45℃. The residual moisture content was accorded with the stranded described in the mineral oil technical conditions, which provide an index of〈0.5 %. Our test results suggested that new demulsifying agent could satisfy the requirements in the field of production.
