期盼中国绿色电力的崛起——从资源条件看电源结构调整的可能性

我国清洁可再生能源的资源总量丰富,开发利用率却很低。如果从“十一五”始,能进一步加快水电、风电、核电、生物质能发电及其他清洁可再生能源的开发利用,经过二三十年的努力,中国电源的组成,至少在装机容量上有可能调整到以清洁可再生能源为主、多种电源优化配置的更为科学合理的电源结构。
