摘    要:针对中控化验中蒸馏法等存在的问题,将焦油精馏过程切取馏分的检验方法改为色谱法分析检验,并给出了色谱检验的控制指标以及操作条件。色谱法分析速度快、准确度高、重复性好、无污染。采用色谱法可提高化验速度和准确性,及时向焦油车间反馈信息,有效地指导生产,对提高工业萘和洗油产品的质量和收率具有重要作用。

Abstract:According to the problem existing in distillation method etc. in the intermediate control examination, the examination method for the cut fraction in the tar rectification process is changed to the chromatographic method to carry out examination. The control index and operation conditions for chromatographic examination are given. The chromatographic method is characterized by high speed, high accuracy, good repeatability and no pollution in analysis. The application of chromatographic method can improve the examination speed and accuracy, feed back information to the tar plant in time, guide production effectively and have important effect for the quality and yield of technical naphthalene and wash oil product.
