微生物采油技术在垦90断块油田的应用

摘    要:简要介绍了微生物采油技术的基本原理及其应用工艺。根据垦90断块油田生产中出现的主要问题,开展了微生物单井维护现场试验。室内分析和现场监测结果表明,微生物对试验井的正常生产有较好的维护作用,表现在抽油机负荷减小和管线回压的降低,减少了检泵次数,延长了免修周期,提高了原油产量。

Abstract:The article sketched out the fundamental principles and the application of the oil recovery technique by microbe.Aimming at the main questions during the oil production of the Ken 90 block,the field tests have been made about the maintenance of single well by microbe.According to the results of the analysis in lab and the field measurement,microorganism has played an important role in the maintenance of the normal production during the experiment,which is manifested by the following changes:Christmas trees'load diminished,the back pressure of pipe lowering,the periods of check out pump prolonged,the oil recovery efficiency enhanced and so on.
