水平管道堆积速度研究

摘    要:根据非均质浆体流态随着浆体平均流速增加的变化规律,从清水与固体颗粒之间的动量传递分析入手,分析水平管道内沉降性浆体流动时清水与固体颗粒之间的相互作用机制,分别得到搬运流体、固体颗粒和浆体的速度分布模型,同时根据固体颗粒的起动条件和堆积速度的概念研究水平管道堆积速度的确定方法.由于此方法是从理论分析角度出发进行机理性研究,因此,具有通用性,通过实验证明了计算结果与试验数据基本一致.

Abstract:Based on the changing rules of slurry when compared with increasing the mean vetoclty anu from the analysis of the mechanism between water and solid particles during slurry flow in a horizontal pipeline, the velocity distributing model of water, solid particles and slurry is attained. Meanwhile, based on the condition of solid particle action and the concept of critical pileup velocity, the measurement of critical pileup velocity in a horizontal pipeline is studied. Because this measurement is on the angle of theoretical analysis and conducting research of mechanisms, it has general characteristics. Through the test, the calculated result is in better agreement with the test data.
