压电振子的滤波特性及对两种信号的响应分析

摘    要:从理论上分析了压电振子的滤波特性和驱动原理,阐述了方波和正弦波驱动压电振子的优缺点,并通过实验分析了两种压电振子对方波和正弦波的不同响应。结果表明:压电振子的滤波程度与振动模态有关;方波的高次谐波对压电振子响应的影响很小,可忽略不计。

Abstract:The filter properties and the driving principle on piezoelectric vibrators were theoretically analyzed.Both disadvantages and advantages of square wave in powering vibrators were stated,and different responses of piezoelectric vibrators on the two kinds of waves were analyzed through experiments.The results expatiated that the filter of piezoelectric vibrators has relation with vibration modes;Influence of higher harmonics on piezoelectric vibrators can be neglected.
