| 摘 要： | 目的 建立保健食品中邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯(diisooctyl phthalate, DEHP)快速筛查的定性定量分析方法。方法 样品经无水乙醇超声提取后, 采用气相色谱-质谱联用法在选择离子扫描模式下进行定量检测。结果 DEHP在0.01070~10.70 μg/mL 范围内具有良好的线性关系, 相关系数为0.9987, 该方法检出限(LOD)为0.02 μg/g, 定量限(LOQ)为0.07 μg/g。加标回收率为73.8%~96.8%; 结论 该法简便、快速、准确, 溶剂用量少, 可用于保健食品中DEHP的检测。
