亚硫酸钠脱硫废水资源化利用研究

摘    要:本文针对某厂亚硫酸钠脱硫废水进行了资源化利用的相关研究。该厂亚硫酸钠脱硫废水,含有约40%的硫代硫酸钠,分别将其作为处理高酸硫酸铜溶液同时回收稀贵有价金属的沉淀剂和处理高酸含砷溶液的沉砷剂,研究了相关的工艺技术条件。实验结果表明:使用脱硫废水回收的铜渣含铜约60%,很方便进入铜生产流程回收;三硫化二砷渣含砷高达30%左右,渣率低,便于处理。工程应用证明该法效果明显,成本低廉,安全可靠。

Abstract:This paper conduct a study focusing on resource utilization of sodium sulfite desulfurization wastewater in precious metal refinery. The desulfurization wastewater in precious metal refinery contains 40% of sodium thiosulfate. We applied desulfurization wastewater as precipitating agent in high-acid copper sulfate solution and arsenic-precipitation agent in high-acid arsenic solution, and the best research process technical parameters was also obtained. Copper residue using desulfurization waste water contain copper of about 60%, and is easy to enter production process. Arsenic trisulfide contain arsenic up to 30%, the residue rate is low and is convinent for treatment. Engineering application proves that this method is low-cost, safe and reliable.
