基于飞参数据的某型航空发动机DEGT估算方法

摘    要:提出一种适用于某型军用航空发动机视情维修的DEGT估算方法,使用飞参中记录的低压转子转速和高压转子转速反映航空发动机工况,分别建立了发动机巡航状态和加力状态DEGT估算模型,使DEGT估算可以在每次飞行后进行.对一组实际飞行数据的实验分析表明:该方法得出的DEGT与发动机实际性能退化情况相吻合,能够较好地反映航空发动机的状态,可以应用于军用航空发动机状态监控.

Abstract:An estimation method on delta exhausted gas temperature(DEGT)which is applicable for a certain aero-engine condition based maintenance is proposed.In this method,low-pressure rotor speed and high-pressure rotor speed recorded in flight data record system reflect aero-engine working condition.The DEGT estimation models of Cruising stage and reheating stage are built respectively,which makes the DEGT estimation can be done after every flight.The experiment analysis on a group of actual flight data indicates that the DEGT obtained via the proposed method is matched to the actual degeneration performance of the aero-engine,which could well reflect the condition of the aero-engine,and can be used in the condition monitor of military aero-engine.
