摘    要:目的研究对抗人膀胱癌抗独特型抗体(BC2)诱导的特异性迟发过敏反应(DTH)。方法经过BC2免疫的小鼠,用膀胱癌细胞系进行脚掌注射攻击后,测定脚掌水肿厚度判定DTH反应强度,并进行病理学检查。结果BC2诱导的DTH平均水肿厚度为0·95mm,与膀胱癌组织抗原组比较差异无显著意义(P>0·05);免疫鼠对胃癌细胞攻击呈阴性反应;BC2诱导的病变内可见大量炎性细胞,呈弥漫性浸润。结论BC2具有抗原模拟作用,可诱导特异性的DTH反应,可能成为膀胱癌防治的新途径。

Induction of Specific Delayed Type Hypersensitivity with Anti-idiotypic Antibody to Human Bladder Cancer
Abstract:Objective To study the specific delayed type hypersensitivity(DTH) induced by anti-idioty pic antibody BC_2 to human bladder cancer. Methods Immunize mice with BC_2 and challenge the animals by injecting bladder cancer T 24 cells into their foot pads.Evaluate the degree of DTH by measuring the thickn ess of swelling of foot pads,and subject the sections of foot pads to pathologic al examination. Results The average thickness of swelling of food pads induced by BC_2 was 0.95 mm,whi ch was not significantly different from that induced by bladder cancer tissue an tigen (P>0.05).The immunized mice showed no response to the challenge with irrelevant target cells (gastric cancer cells).A large quantity of inflammatory cells and diffuse infiltration were observed in the pathological section of foo d pads of immunized mice. Conclusion BC_2 showed antigen mimicking effect and induced specific DTH.It might prov ide a new route for the prevention and treatment of bladder cancer.
