摘    要:通过一个工程实例,对引起沉管灌注桩偏位、倾斜的原因进行了分析,得出了是由于基坑支护形式不当、桩基础上超堆载等原因造成的结论,给出了采用锚杆静压桩进行桩基础加固补强的处理方案及其主要施工步骤,通过建筑物沉降观测数据证实了加固效果。

Abstract:In this paper, the cause of deviation and lean of vibro-driven cast-in-place foundation in a project was analyzed, the conclusions were made that pile deviation and lean were caused because of improper retaining and protecting for foundation excavation and super heaped load on the pile foundation, a reinforcement measures and its main construction procedure on strengthen of destabilized pile foundation was given, these data from settlement observation proved that the effect of reinforcement is very good.
