摘    要:高活性、高选择性催化剂是解决蒽醌法生产过氧化氢过程中瓶颈问题的根本途径。评述近年来新型蒽醌加氢用钯催化剂研究中载体改性、新型载体(包括高分子载体和纳米纤维状氧化铝载体)、助催化剂及新制备技术等方面的最新进展,指出通过载体改性可提高现有催化剂的活性和选择性,而助催化组分和新催化剂制备工艺应是今后蒽醌加氢催化剂研究的重点方向。

Abstract:High active and selective catalyst is the main approach to solve the choke point in the production of hydrogen peroxide by anthraquinone process. The latest progress of support modification, new supports(including macromolecular support and alumina support with nano-fiber shape), cocatalysts and new preparation technology of the catalysts in the research on the novel Pd catalysts for anthraquinone hydrogenation in recent years is reviewed. It is indicated that improving supports can increase the activity and selectivity of the existing catalysts, and the new preparation process of the catalysts as well as cocatalyst components is the important direction of study on the catalyst for anthraquinone hydrogenation in the future.
