摘    要:油气田开采过程中的出砂问题十分普遍,在我国的胜利、辽河、青海等油气田都遇到过严重的出砂问题,这种问题大大地缩短油气井的使用寿命,因此,运用科学的出砂监测技术,从而为防砂提供决策依据是油田生产的当务之急。目前出砂监测技术主要有声测量法和ER监测法,这两种方法在实际应用中均存在不足之处,针对上述情况采用加速度传感器感受出砂信号,运用功率谱、概率密度函数的方差等数理统计方法,综合地识别出砂信号,突破了以往监测中将出砂信号视为静态信号的局限,采取动态信号处理方法,研制了实验装置,进行了空气、气砂、气液、气液砂等实验,取得了较好的实验效果。大量的实验表明,该系统可以很好地对出砂情况进行监测,并预测出砂趋势。

Abstract:Sand production happens very commonly during the process of oil and gas recovering. Severe sand production has happened in the oil and gas fields of Shengli,Liaohe,Qinghai,etc.,which shorten the working life of oil and gas wells greatly. So,it is the urgent task of oil and gas production that scientific monitoring techniques of sand production are applied for the decision-making ground of sand control. Now,the sand production monitoring techniques mainly have the sonic detecting method and ER monitoring method. Both the methods have disadvantages in practice. Aiming to the above-mentioned situation,using acceleration sensors to detect the signal of sand production,and applying the mathematic statistics methods,such as power spectrum,variance of probability density function,etc. to identify the signal of sand production comprehensively,the limit of regarding the signal of sand production as a static signal in the past monitoring is cracked. By the processing method of dynamic signals,the laboratory facilities are developed,and the experiments for air,gas/sand,gas/liquid/,and gas/liquid/sand,etc. are conducted. Good results have been obtained. Many experiments show the system can monitor sand production better,and predict sand production trend well.
