铝合金熔体净化工艺的研究进展

摘    要:综述了铝合金熔体净化技术的最新进展,重点分析了气泡浮游法、过滤法、熔剂法等几种常见的熔体吸附净化方法的工作原理和工艺改进,介绍了新型的旋转脉冲喷吹工艺、超声波净化工艺和电磁净化工艺,并展望了熔体净化工艺研究发展的趋势.

Abstract:The recent progress of the purification technologies of aluminum alloy melt is summarized in this paper. The working principles and improvements of melt adsorption purification technologies including gassing,filtration and flux injection are analyzed emphatically.
