热喷涂技术在电力工业中的应用

摘    要:热喷涂技术作为材料表面强化、保护和尺寸恢复的新技术,在设备维修、机械制造中得到广泛应用,尤其在电厂部件的修复和维护中得到充分体现。本文对热喷涂技术进行了简单介绍,综述了该技术在锅炉管道、风机、汽轮机、热电偶套管等电厂关键部件的应用。大力提倡和发展热喷涂技术,在电力工业具有巨大的应用价值和广阔的市场前景,必将带来愈来愈大的社会和经济效益。

Abstract:Thermal spraying is a new technology to strengthen surface of material and maintain size of works. It is widely used in maintenance and repair parts and manufacturing, especially in power plant. This paper simply introduce practice theory and application of thermal spraying, and then summarize the application in power plant key components, such as boiler pipe, fan, steam turbine, thermocouple sheath and so on. Thermal spraying should be promoted and developed powerfully, because it has huge use-value and extensive market prospect. At last, it will bring more and more society benefits and economic benefits.
