芦荟提取物抗菌作用研究

摘    要:从中华芦荟叶皮中提取了活性物质,并对提取物的抗菌作用进行了研究。实验结果表明,芦荟提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、假丝酵母、米曲霉和木霉都有较强的抗菌作用,其抗菌效果与蒽醌化合物的含量成正相关;而且与蔗糖溶液和食盐溶液存在协同抗菌效果。

Abstract:The active compounds were obtained from the leaf skin of China aloe. The antibacterial experiments showed that the extracts of Aloe had strong antimicrobial effect on Staphylococcus aureus, Candida sp.,Aspergillus otyzae and Trichoderma sp.;the antimicrobial capability became much stronger with more anthaquinone compounds; the extracts of Aloe had synergistic antimicrobial activities with saccharose and salt.
