摘    要:在理论分析了光纤Bragg光栅传感器的温度应变交叉敏感机制的基础上,给出了一种双光纤光栅温度补偿型应变测量传感器结构,并分析了其工作原理.对此传感器的双光纤光栅测量探头存在的反射谱叠加问题进行了较为详细的讨论,指出在光纤光栅反射谱带宽内叠加将产生反射谱畸变,降低测量系统的分辨率,同时提出了解决方法.

Abstract:On the basis of theoretically analysing the cross-sensitivity between strain and temperature of FBG sensors, a temperature compensation strain sensor based on dual FBGs is presented, and its operation principle is analyzed. The superposition characteristics of the reflective spectrum of dual FBGs probe is discussed in detail. The conclusion is that the superposition of the reflective spectrum of dual FBGs in the bandwidth of FBG reflective spectrum will generate distortion of the reflective spectrum, thereby reducing the system resolution. Finally, the measures to solve this problem are given.
