摘    要:在原有焊条药皮配方中加入稀土元素或合金如氟化镧、氧化铈、稀土镁硅合金和稀土硅铁合金等 ,明显改善了低氢型铁粉焊条的工艺性能 (断弧长度、飞溅率、脱渣率和重引燃性等 )。还借助于电子计算机并运用最优化设计 ,得出了一个能产生最佳工艺性能的几种稀土的加入量。

Abstract:The processing properties (break arc length ,spatter rate , deslag rate and re-lighting character etc) were improved apparently by adding several kinds of RE materials (LaF3、CeO3 、FeSiMg8RE9 and FeSiRE21 etc) to the original component of the electrode flux cover. The RE content that can produce optimum processing properites of the electrode has been calculated by means of computers and optimizing design.
