减振型阻尼钢轨有限元分析

摘    要:利用有限元ANSYS软件对6种阻尼结构钢轨进行谐响应分析,通过比较加速度-频率响应曲线以及结构的损失因子,确定最佳阻尼设计方案。分析结果表明:采用约束阻尼处理技术制成的减振型钢轨有良好的减振效果;在较宽的频率范围(0-5000Hz)内获得较好的减振降噪效果,再综合经济、加工难易等因素,得到约束层厚度为3cm、阻尼层厚度为2cm以及约束材质为铝材是较为合理的。

Abstract:Damping control for reducing vibration of damped rails is analyzed. These rails are fabri- cated with constrained damping treatment technique. Then 6 types of damped rails are designed. The influences of different thicknesses of damped layers, different materials and thicknesses of constrained layers on the damped structures are compared one another. The harmonic responses of the damped rails under these different conditions are analyzed by means of ANSYS FEM software. Acceleration-frequency re- sponse curves and structural loss factors are compared one another. Then the optimal scheme of damping design is selected. The result shows that these damped rails have a good effect for vibration reduction in a quite wide frequency range of 0 - 5000Hz. Considering the requirements of economy, ease of processing and so on, a more reasonable condition of 3cm thickness of constrain layer, 2cm thickness of damping layer and aluminum as the material of constraint layer is selected.
