火焰原子吸光光度法测定水中微量金属

摘    要:利用蒸发浓缩同时测定水中多种微量金属,以提高分析速度,节省试剂。采用蒸发浓缩-火焰原子吸光光度法测定水中铁、锰、铜、锌、铅、镉。结果显示,有效扩大直接吸入-火焰原子吸光光度法的测量范围,能充分满足低浓度地表水、地下水以及其它水样的检测。

Abstract:The evaporation concentration of water was used to simultaneously determine a variety of trace metal elements, which can increase analysis speed and save reagents. Trace metal elements including iron, manganese, copper, zinc, lead and cadmium were determined by the evaporation concentration - flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The results show that effective expansion of the direct inhalation - flame atomic absorption spectrometry measurement range, can fully meet the low concentration of surface water, groundwater and other water sample testing.
