步进梁式板坯加热炉内流场和温度场的数值模拟

摘    要:对步进梁式加热炉进行三维燃烧流场的数值模拟,其中湍流采用标准K-ε湍流双方程模型,气相燃烧采用非预混PDF概率分布函数的输运方程模型,辐射采用离散传输模型。通过模拟得到该加热炉的速度、温度和浓度的分布规律,为合理地组织燃烧,进一步提高钢坯加热质量,再优化炉型结构提供了参考依据。

Abstract:By the Numerical Simulation including K- ε turbulence model for two-way, use of non-premixed gas combustion PDF probability distribution function of the transport equation model and discrete transmission radiation model, three-dimensional combustion flow field of the walking beam type slab heating furnace was researched. The distribution of speed, density and temperature were obtained, which provide reference for reasonable combustion, improving quality of billet heating and re-optimization of furnace structure.
