摘    要:中国石油化工股份有限公司洛阳分公司0.70Mt/a连续重整装置再生循环气体中氯化氢的脱除原采用常温碱洗工艺技术,存在再生循环气体中水含量高、再生回路下游低温设备和管道腐蚀严重等问题,因此采用国内开发的“重整催化剂再生气净化新技术”对再生气体循环回路进行了改造,改造后再生回路下游低温设备和管道的腐蚀大为减轻,催化剂的烧焦环境得到了改善,再生后的催化剂活性提高了3~6℃,芳烃产率提高了1.2%。工业应用表明“新技术”优于原常温碱洗工艺技术。

Abstract:Normal temperature caustic washing process was adopted in a 14 000 b/d continuous reforming unit of Luoyang Company to remove hydrochloride from regeneration circulating gas. Water content in the regeneration gas was higher and the low temperature equipment and pipeline at the downstream regeneration return passage were seriously corroded. Regeneration gas circulating return passage has been revamped with the domestic "New Reforming Catalyst Regeneration Gas Purification Technology". After revamping, water content in the regeneration gas has been decreased, corrosion of the low temperature equipment and pipeline of the downstream regeneration return passage greatly reduced and the environment of catalyst coke burning improved. Regenerated catalyst activity has been increased by 3 - 6t and the reforming anomalies yield is increasd by 1.2% . Commercial application shows that the new technology is superior to the normal temperature caustic washing process.
