| 摘 要： | 从施工企业的角度分析了现阶段建筑施工企业项目成本管理中存在的问题,并对施工准备阶段、施工阶段、竣工结算阶段的成本精细核算方法进行了阐述,指出成本控制应坚持动态控制的原则,以达到降低成本支出,提高经济效益,同时提高施工企业竞争力的目的。

| Abstract: | From the viewpoint of construction enterprises problems existed in project cost management in construction enterprises are analyzed and discussed from cost accounting in construction preparation stage,construction stage and final account stage.Author points out that cost control should follow the principle of dynamic control in order to reduce cost and increase economic benefits as well as competitive power for construction enterprises. |
