| 摘 要： | 本文基于对秦皇岛城市居民与乡村居民的电力市场调查资料的比较分析,着重阐述了乡村居民用电需求市场的发展潜力,分析了影响乡村居民用电增长的几种主要因素,并提出了开拓和发展乡村居民生活用电市场的一些具体措施与对策。

| Abstract: | Based on power market investigation in qinghuangdao area, the comparison about electric power consumption between civil residents with rural residents has been made, the potential of power energy demand from rural residents is determined, the main factors produced resident power energy consumption to rise is analyzed, some strategy of developing rural resident power market is proposed. |
