摘    要:聚苯乙烯超轻混凝土(EPS超轻混凝土)是一种新型的轻骨料混凝土,它以其优越的热工性能和显著的经济效益越来越受到工程界的重视.系统分析了聚苯乙烯超轻混凝土组成材料的性能和相互作用原理,并根据聚苯乙烯超轻混凝土结构上的要求和组成材料的特点确定了该混凝土的基本配比.在大量试验的基础上,进行了PP纤维、可再分散乳胶粉、纤维素醚对聚苯乙烯超轻混凝土的力学性能,热工性能,界面结构的实验和分析,并通过正交设计实验分析了各因素对聚苯乙烯超轻混凝土强度的影响.

Abstract:Polystyrene lightweight concrete is a new kind of light aggregate concrete,it has received more attention from the circle of project because of its superior thermal technology performance and prominent economic benefits.The property and the interaction mechanism of the materials about the styropor concrete were analyzed.According to the demands of the construction and the specialties of the materials about the styropor concrete,the basic ratio of the concrete were identified.Based on plenty of tests,these experiments of PP fiber on mechanical properties,thermal performance and interface structure of the lightweight concrete were analyzed,so did redispersible latex powder and cellulosic ether.The influence of these factors on the strength of polystyrene lightweight concrete were also analyzed by orthogonal experiment.
