涤棉分散染料微胶囊/活性染料一浴法染色

摘    要:采用原位聚合法对分散染料进行双层造壁,制得分散染料微胶囊,并与雅格素 NF 活性染料同浴上染涤棉混纺织物.试验结果表明,分散染料微胶囊/活性染料一浴法与传统分散/活性一浴法相比,无需使用分散剂、匀染剂,并可免除还原清洗工序,其染色物的色牢度水平与传统染色工艺产品相当,甚至更高.

Abstract:Microcapsules with a double-layered shell containing disperse dyes were prepared by means of in-situ polymerization and were applied to one bath dyeing with encapsulated disperse / Argazol NF reactive dyes for polyester/cotton blends. Compared with traditional one bath disperse/reactive dyeing, the dyeing process with encapsulated disperse / Argazol NF reactive dyes could be done in the absence of dispersant and leveling agent, and eliminating reduction clearing, as well as the color fastness of dyed products was equal or even higher than that of traditional dyeing.
