半导体激光器高精度温度控制系统的设计

摘    要:温度对半导体激光器的特性有很大的影响,在要求半导体激光器输出稳定的波长情况下,必须对其温度进行高精度控制。文中介绍了半导体激光器的高精度温度控制原理和方法,详细给出了温控系统的机械结构和致冷器的控制电路。该系统可以达到0.02℃的控制精度。

Abstract:The temperature greatly influences the characteristics of laser diode. If a stable output wavelength is required, the temperature of the laser diode must be maintained at a constant level. In this paper, the principle and the method for accurately controlling the temperature of the laser diode are described. The structure of the temperature controlling system and the electronics of the thermoelectric cooler are given. By using this system, the temperature accuracy of 0.02 t can be obtained.
