摘    要:针对沿长度方向充磁的条形永磁内部磁感应强度分布不均匀的特点,通过对永磁进行分段处理,利用有限元法计算某型号桥式极化磁系统静态吸力特性,并与永磁未处理前的仿真结果及测试结果进行比较,可以看出,永磁分段处理后可以较好地模拟实际情况。

Abstract:Due to uneven distribution of internal induction intensity length of the bar permanent magnet magnetization direction,the permanent magnet was build in subsection form,and the static attraction characteristic of one bridge type polarized magnet system was calculated by finite element method.Compared with the simulation and test result of unimproved permanent magnet,the result shows that the subsection algorithm can approximate to the practical situation.
