| 摘 要： | 计算机和虚拟仪器的发展为PCB在线测试提供了更为灵活的实现方式。针对此种情况，本从阻抗元件在线测试的基本原理出发，通过系统分析和方框图变换，讨论了在线测试的误差来源，建立了适于不同元件参数条件的测试方案，并通过仿真实验予以验证，从而为实际PCB自动测试设备的开发提供了切实的依据。

| Abstract: | The development of computer and virtual instrument has provided some new ways for PCB In-circuit test.This paper begins from the principle of circuit and test, by means of system analyses and block diagram algebra,discusses the error source of in-circuit testing process.Poses a couple of practice testing method for variant component parameters.It also makes some evaluation by circuit simulation,so build a found for the design of PCB automatic testing equipment. |
