多年冻土中条形基础的设计实践

摘    要:由于在施工和使用期间外界温度的影响,使多年冻土地基产生冻胀和融化,导致建筑物发生变形,倾斜,裂缝,倒塌等破坏。设计实践证明,采用架空保温条形基础的设计方法,是行之有效的。

Abstract:Because of the influence of a great variety of external temperature changes during construction periods and service years,the permanent frozen soil foundation is very likely frozen,swollen and molten,and eventually these building constructions would be most likely deformed,sloped,tilted,cracked,damaged and collapsed.In conclusion the design and practice of strip foundation should adopt a highly lifted and thermal insulated strip foundation. This design has been proved very effective in practice.
