摘    要:利用自适应免疫遗传算法全局搜索获取最优的可变PID参数的方法,解决了阳极焙烧炉重油温度的精确控制问题。应用结果表明,该重油温度控制系统优于原有传统的PID控制系统,并具有良好的可靠性、自适应性和鲁棒性,为重油的充分燃烧创造了有利的前提条件。

Abstract:Precise control of heavy oil temperature for anode baking furnace was realized by use of variable parameter PID controller.In this control system,adaptive immune genetic algorithm was used to get the optimal PID parameters through global search.Application result shows that this heavy oil temperature control system is better than original traditional PID control system,and has good reliability,adaptability and robustness.So it creats favourable premise condition for sufficient combustion of heavy oil.
