摘    要:以7-ACA为原料,在绿色溶剂2-甲基四氢呋喃中与AE活性酯缩合制备头孢噻肟酸,收率为95%,2-甲基四氢呋喃和副产物2-巯基苯并噻唑均可回收利用。与传统工艺(以二氯甲烷等为溶剂)相比,改进后的工艺操作简单,降低了溶媒消耗和环境污染,产品色级浅,适合工业化生产。

Abstract:By using 2-methyl tetrahydrofuran (2-MeTHF) as solvent instead of dichloromethane, Cefotaxime acid could be efficiently prepared in 95.3% by condensation of 7 -aminocephalosporanic acid (7 -ACA) and MEAM. The side product 2-mercaptobenzothiazole (M) was isolated and 2-MeTHF could be recycled at the same time. The advantage of the improved process is convenient operation, less amount of solvent, lower cost with environmental friendly, so it is suitable for large scale manufacture.
