摘    要:研究了以NO2为氧化剂,催化氧化乳酸乙酯合成丙酮酸乙酯的新方法,讨论了氧化剂用量、反应时间、反应温度、催化剂用量等因素对反应的影响。在最佳实验条件下,产品收率大于75%,纯度达98%。本法最大的优点是为NO2废气的回收利用提供了新的途径。

Abstract:In this paper,the new approach is introduced that the ethyl pyruvate was synthesized via catalytic oxdation of ethyl lactate by NO_2 with acceptable yield(>75%).The purity of the product was upto 98%.The reaction conditions were optimized in terms of oxidant dosage,reaction time,reaction temperature,catalyzer dosage,etc.The greatest advantage of the process was that it provided a pollution-free method for treatment and recovery of the waste gas NO_2.
