神经内模优化控制策略在配煤过程中的应用

摘    要:采用径向基函数神经网络建立了配煤过程的非线性动态模型,并由此提出配合煤灰分的神经内模优化控制策略,设计了基于Modbus Plus网络技术的分布式控制系统。在选煤厂自动配煤系统的实际应用结果表明,该文提出的控制算法能有效地控制配合煤灰分。

Abstract:Based on the radial basis function neural network, a non-linear dynamic model is established for a coal blending process. This paper presents the neuro-internal model-based optimal control strategy of mixed coal ash contents and the design of a distributed control system with Modbus Plus network technology. The application results from an automatic coal blending system in a coal dressing plant show that this control algorithm can control the mixed coal ash content effectively.
