| 摘 要： | 提出了一种基于人智能的公差优化数学模型，在该模型中利用模糊综合评判的方法确尺寸链中各组成环的加工难锡系数ζ，结合每个组成环的功能敏感度因子ω，得出了尺寸链中每个组成环的公差和费用的分配因子ξ，从而建立优化差分配的数学模型。

| Abstract: | A mathematic model is constructed for optimal distribution of telerances by reviewing each difficulty factor of the dimensional chain by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and extablishing tolerance and cost distribution factors from the functional sensitivity factor. Experimental results show tolerances established in this way can satisfy the requirements of cost-effective machining. |
