| 摘 要： | 动态控制模块是数控系统最重要的部分,而CNC动态卡是控制模块的核心,详细讨论了在现场总线和PC总线下CNC动态卡的实现方案。采用TI公司的2407系列DSP作为微处理单元,PCI总线作为并行总线与PC机进行通讯,同时利用现在比较流行的现场总线技术同现场设备进行通讯,开发出基于现场总线和PCI总线的高智能动态控制器。

| Abstract: | Dynamic control module is the most important part in NC systems,and CNC dynamic card is the core of the control module.The paper discusses the operation scheme of CNC dynamic card based on field bus and PC bus.In this study,DSP of 2407 series produced by TI Company is adopted as multiprocessing unit,and PCI bus is communicated with PC as parallel bus.At the meantime,communicate with field equipment by the prevalent technology of field bus and develop high intellectualized dynamic controller based on field bus and PCI bus. |
