| Abstract: | This article,based on the network platform and combined with the characteristics of the fixed assets management for the present colleges and universities,is giving an introduction to the design and development of the fixed assets management system. It explores methods to enhance management efficiency and service efficacy through a whole process of monitoring and a dynamic management for the fixed assets in the network environment. |
