配电自动化终端设备一体化检测平台的构建与应用

摘    要:根据配电自动化系统的构成与功能特点,构建了包含物理模拟、数字模拟的多电源配电自动化终端一体化检测平台;设计了任意配电网模拟网络和故障情况下形成的动态模拟试验环境,实现了对配电终端(DTU、FTU)的蓄电池、电源模块、基本功能与性能、通信规约、故障运行以及配电终端保护逻辑功能等项目的测试。认为检测平台检测功能完善,设备配置合理,测试方法简单、实用,具有操作灵活、精确度高等特点。

Abstract:According to the structure and function characteristics on distribution automation systems, a integrative detection platform including physical modeling and digital analogy based on distribution automation terminal was built up, created dynamic model experiment environment, realized the detection about distribution terminal′s storage battery, power module, basic function, performance, communication rules, fault operation and logic function protection of distribution terminal. The platform had perfect function, reasonable arrangement of equipment, simple and practical testing methods, the advantages of flexible operation and high accuracy.
