乌海电网35kV及以下线路继电保护整定软件的开发设计

摘    要:乌海电网继电保护整定计算工作量大,通过人工计算的方式重复性工作量大,且在整定过程中容易出现计算错误。依据《DL/T 584—2007 3~110 kV电网继电保护装置运行整定规程》中对35 kV及以下电压等级线路电流速断保护和过流保护的整定原则,利用VisualC#中WPF模块,采用C++语言在平台上设计了一套适用于35 kV及以下电压等级线路的继电保护整定计算软件。利用继电保护整定计算软件对某变电站6.3 kV线路电流保护进行整定计算验证,证明该软件计算结果正确可靠,在实际工作中可以提高线路整定的效率和准确性。

Development Design of Relay Protection Setting Calculation Software for Line Up to 35 kV in Wuhai Grid

Abstract:The workload of Wuhai grid relay protection setting showed heavy calculation and a high repeatability with manual calculation, in which miscalculation was easy to occur. According to setting principle for voltage current interruption protection and overcurrent protection for line up to 35 kV, defined in standard DL/T 584--2007 running and setting regulations on 3-110 kV grid protection devices, a practical line protection setting calculation software for lines with a voltage of 35 kV and below was designed on the platform, using the WPF module in Visual C# and the C++ programming language. The software was validated in a 6.3 kV substation's line current protection situation. It proved that the software yielded accurate and reliable results, and may improve line efficiency and accuracy of tuning in practical work.
