摘    要:神华内蒙古国华准格尔发电有限责任公司1号机组A一次风机自2011年3月投运以来,水平振动持续增加且存在波动现象,最高振幅多次超过100μm。通过频谱分析等方法对其进行原因排查,并对一次风机运行参数进行分析及现场检修,确定水平振动的根本原因为质量不平衡及基础支撑刚度差。在A修中进行基础螺栓紧固及实施动平衡后,消除了一次风机水平振动偏大的隐患,保证了机组的安全稳定运行。

Abstract:Since the primary air fan A of unit 1 put into operation in Shenhua Inner Mongolia Guohua Zhungeer Power Generation Co.,Ltd., in March 2011, horizontal vibration increased and wave phenomenon existed, the highest amplitude repeated up to more than 100 μm. The author adopted spectrum analysis to find out the abnormal causes, analyzed fan running parameters and carried out the field inspection, and found the root cause of the horizontal vibration was the mass unbalance and the basic support stiffness was poor. Thus fix the basis of bolts and implement the dynamic balance, to eliminate hidden trouble of horizontal vibration, and to ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit.
