摘    要:神华神东电力有限责任公司萨拉齐电厂300 MW双支腿型循环流化床锅炉一次风自动调节改进前的方案为:变频器调节总风量,出口电动调节门调节锅炉2侧的床压以控制翻床。由于总风量与床压经常互相干扰,调节效果较差,锅炉一次风自动调节一直没有正常投入。针对双支腿型循环流化床锅炉蓄热能力强、一次风调节对翻床有影响及床温波动对锅炉燃烧有影响等特点,将控制策略优化为:全开一次风机出口电动调节门,仅通过2侧的一次风机变频器来控制一次风量,并通过平衡调节的方法防止锅炉翻床事故的发生。改进后一次风变频器自动调节稳定、可靠,机组负荷波动时一次风量跟踪及时、风煤配比适中,再未发生过翻床事故。

Abstract:Before the improvement, Shenhua Company Salaqi Power Plant 300 MW double Shendong Electric Power Limited Liability dipleg CFB boiler's primary air automatic control strategy was that the inverter adjusted the total air volume, the electric export throttle adjusted 2 sides bed pressure to control the bed turn over. Because the 2 aspects were often interference with each other, control effect was poor, the boiler primary air automatic, adjustment had not normal input. Aiming at the double dipleg CFB boiler's characteristics,the strategy was optimized : opened the fan outlet electric control valve thoroughly, through the 2 sides primary air fan frequency converter controlled the primary air flow, and prevent the occurrence of bed turning over by the balance adjustment. After improved, the inverter could automatically adjust stably and reliably, the bed turning over accident never happened.
