| 摘 要： | 电能量监控系统采用通用分组无线业务（GPRS)公用网络．是集防窃电、实时在线监测用电参数、用电分析、提高原计量装置精度于一体的新产品．减少用电管理工作量和管理费用，提高用电监察的针对性和效率，结合具体实例．将电能量监控系统应用于用电管理工作中．减少了抄表出车频率．降低了事故隐患．具有极大的社会效益。

| Abstract: | The electric monitoring system uses General Packet Radio Service (GPRS) common net which is a new product integrated with guarding against stealing the electricity,monitoring meter parameter real time on line,analyzing power utility and increasing the accuracy of the counting mechanism. The product decreased the quantity of work and the management cost and increased the pertinence and efficiency of power utility monitoring. Avoid effectively the economic loss led by stealing electricity. The paper put the electric monitoring system into power utility work coupled with concrete examples which has great social benefits. |
