| 摘 要： | 建立统一的产品定义模型，是实现ＣＡＤ／ＣＡＭ／ＣＡＥ集成的关键，在分析了传统的缸盖开发技术的基础上，提出了一种统一的产品模型定义技术即多模型技术，并利用这一技术对缸盖进行了建模，给出了缸盖的多模型三维实体结构和缸盖开发全过程基于多模型技术的ＣＡＤ／ＣＡＭ／ＣＡＥ集成方案。利用论中的技术，新产品从概念设计到市场只需１０个月的时间。 |

| Abstract: | It is the key technology to realize the integration of CAD/CAM/CAE to create the consistent product defining model.Based on the analysis of traditional technology in cylinder head development process,a new consistent product definition technology named multi-model technology (MMT) is presented in this paper and is applied in the cylinder head modeling.The 3D multiple model structure of cylinder head and the integration scheme based on MMT in cylinder head end-to-end process are researched.It takes only 10 months for a new cylinder head from concept design to the market with the application of this technology. |
