| 摘 要： | 本文在分析电力设备红外热图像及电力设备热故障特点的基础上,应用图像处理和模式识别理论对电力设备红外热图像的目标识别、电力设备热故障的自动诊断进行了研究和实现,取得了令人满意的效果。

| Abstract: | Image Processing and Pattern Recognition methods are applied in this paper to recognize targets of IR thermal image and automatically diagnose thermal failure.It is based on analyzing the characteristics of electric power appliances and their thermal failure.Experimental results show that this method is robust and efficient for treating the problem which is mentioned above. |
