基于DSP和CVI的舵机测试系统设计

摘    要:舵机测试数据采集系统的设计,是为舵机设计者提供舵机性能分析、故障诊断及整体验收的依据。该系统采用TI公司的TMS320LF2407A型DSP作为CAN总线发送接收操舵指令,通过RS232串行通信数据发给上位机,上位机通过CVI编程实现数据的接收、显示与存储。试验证明该系统可靠性好、精度高、CAN总线通信误码率低,达到了性能指标要求。

Abstract:A data acquisition system is designed in this paper to provide bases for performance analysis, fault diagnosis and overall acceptance of steering engines This system adopts DSP TMS320LF2407A from Texas as CAN BUS to send/receive steering instructions, and sends data to computer through RS232. Computer achieves receiving, displaying and storage of data by means of CVI programming. Tests show that the system is good in reliability and accuracy. The tests also show that CAN bus communication has lower fault code rate than before and meets the expected design requirements
