电池对电动自行车平顺性的影响

摘    要:为了研究电池部件对电动自行车平顺性的影响,选取全悬架电动自行车为研究时象.将电池作为独立刚体建立电动自行车6自由度的动力学模型,采用滤波白噪声作为路面输入模型,运用Matlab/simulink软件对电动自行车的平顺性进行了仿真.结果表明,电池后置安装对人体平顺性评价较好,而电池前置对车架的垂直、俯仰加速度抑制较好.在电池前置安装时,不仅影响车架垂直、俯仰振动加速度功率谱密度的幅值,而且影响其频率结构,而电池后置时仅影响其幅值.同时,电池质量和电池安装刚度也影响其平顺性.
